How To Solve MS Outlook Startup Issues

My MSOutlook took a several seconds longer to load than what it was before. Moreover, I receive an error message: 

Outlook failed to start correctly last time

Sometimes when I open outlook.

What can I do to solve startup issues  and get rid of that error message?

How To Solve MS Outlook Startup Issues

When there is a problem during a startup process, Outlook tries to fix the issue or isolate it. Then it allows the program to start successfully with some add-ins and extensions turned off. In this case, you will be prompted to start Outlook in Safe Mode. Click on YES to do so then disable all the add-ins or extensions that won’t start, or disable the corrupted resource, file, registry or templates that is causing the error. You may check the list of disabled items through the Disabled Items dialog box. The steps are as follows:

• Go to File tab
• Click on Options
• Select Add-ins
• Choose Disabled Items under the Manage list
• Click on Go
• Click on Enable
• Click on Close
• Hit OK
