Best Linux Email Server For Online Shopping Sites

I have three online shopping sites that needs to have email servers so my customers  and suppliers can contact me in each of my businesses separately. My website is hosted under 1 Linux hosting service but they couldn't agree to what I require. Are there other Linux email servers I can use that fits exactly on what I need?

Your first suggestion is MTA ( mail transfer agent)

You can able to send mail to your clients randomly, basically bit has more expandable features.

You can also download it from this site.

Second suggestion is MUA (mail users agent). Download it from here

Third one is SMTP (simple mail transfer protocol).

If this three can't fulfill your criteria, you may visit here for a better solution
