I'm trying to play a game and when it launches, I get a spinning white circle and this error message:
"An Internet connection is required to play this game. Failed to connect to the Ubisoft master servers. Please verify that your Internet connection is functional and try again."
My internet connections are very good. Why Ubisoft Game Launcher can't detect my Internet connection?

Try to restart your modem together with your computer and wait until your internet is firm and then try to connect again. Or you can also watch the video below on how to fix this issue:

i have read your problem and the most probably it happens when you install some anti viruses programs. They do not let the game launcher to be launched and hence it is failed to communicate with the required service . What you need to do just check that if you have installed any antivirus or any other type of software like ZONEALARM ,FreeAV, NetNnnay,Netlimiter and other similar programs that are inside the windows, update these softwares as soon as possible and then check that it still causes the error.
If yes then re-install these softwares .
This problem also refers to connect through the proxy server.
So what you need to do try to reconfigure your proxy settings as well in order to fix your problem
