Switching always to standby mode

I have a laptop and my problem is even I do a task or a work my laptop always switch on a standby mode and addition to that, the worst thing is my laptop restart. 



How can I stop this switching and restarting of my computer?

Is this a VIRUS?

Switching always to standby mode

Hi,

I would suggest that you change your computer settings so that you can adjust the standby mode time i don't think its a virus that keeps you going into stand by mode and then eventually shutting down your computer.

Its on your computer settings you can turn off the stand mode so that it will not be activated.

You can do it by going to start then control panel system and security lastly on power option choose never use stand by mode on your computer settings.

Make sure to update your anti virus then scan your system so that you will know if there are some programs that make your computer shut down.
