Install VLC Stream and Convert on Android

I want to install the application VLC Stream and Convert on my Android set. Can any one tell me if it works only over wi-fi? What is the right way to confgure the streaming process correctly?

Install VLC Stream and Convert on Android

Hi Alex,
The steps to install VLC stream and covert on Android are as follows:
1) Connect the Android device to the computer through WiFi
2) Download the VLC Media player from the VLC Official website
3) Install the software on the computer
4) Click 'Start VLC', select 'View', click 'Add Interface'
5) Open the 'Web Interface' on the system
6) On the Android device, Install the VLC Stream and Convert software
7) In the program enter the IP address of the computer and establish the connection
8) Restart the system after the installation is completed
