BIOS display problem after playing a game

HI there,

I have Presario CQ2000 which I had installed Splinter Cell Blacklist game, after playing the game for a while, my screen turned blue and requested I restart the computer, after restarting the computer, I started the game again and I got the same problem, after restarting the computer for the third time, my screen got stuck on BIOs and the screen appears distorted instead of the normal blue colored background, how do I solve this problem? What could be causing such problems?

BIOS display problem after playing a game

Hi !

The first solution it is to change the Booting Device by entering the BIOS and setting up the HDD as first one. Press F10 to save the settings.

If the first option is not working you have to remove from 10 seconds the Battery from your Motherboard. By doing this you will reset your entire Motherboard settings (reset from factory settings). By using this option you will might have to reinstall your OS.

To remove your Battery from Motherboard you'll have to remove the a part of PC case. Before doing this you have to check your warranty terms for your certificate.

If you'll have to reinstall your main OS go to an authorized service or buy an Official Windows Version compatible for your PC.
