Which of the two digital camera has a good feature and good to use for an occasion and which has better image result when having a shot to a particular place?

Hi ,

Both the cameras are an equally good choice. 

The selection of a best camera depends on various factors like your required budget, the required ISO variations, lens aperture , zoom etc. Please note that the number of megapixels is not a factor to be considered.

Sx260 has a 3200 iso compared to sl300's 1600

Lens aperture, focal length are almost comparable and negligible differences only are present.

Another major option to be considered is the HD recording . SX260 offers 1080p (better)recording while sl300 offers 720p. Also canon sx260 uses CMOS sensors whereas Fujifilm sl300 uses only ccd.

Price may also be a tradeoff as there is a considerable differences in price. Overall Canon Powershot sx260 seems to be a good buy although fujifilm will be a cheaper option.
