YouTube New comment system explained?

I know YouTube release the new commenting system and wanted to know all the features added to YouTube in year 2013.

All smallest to biggest changes with the recent YouTube comments change of functionality

YouTube New comment system explained?

The new YouTube system of commenting basically connects your Google + profile to your YouTube account. The purpose of this is to make your commenting more relvant for you. This avoids the current proliferation of spams and nonsensical commenting around YouTube channels. With the change, the account owner's comments rank higher plus you only see comments within your Google + circle.

YouTube New comment system explained?

There are a lot of exciting and new features at YouTube comment tab. First very helpful feature of it is what you post on YouTube will also be shown at your Google+. Another feature is the Meaningful conversations. Comments you care about will be at the top of your page, these are the people in your Google circle. A great additional feature too is a way of securing your comments before a comment will be shown to everyone now you can edit it and people in your Google circle will only be the one who can see it.
