Why linux on the desktop doesn’t support enterprise software?

Hello,

I use Linux on the desktop but it doesn't support most of the important enterprise software's.

Is there any way out for this problem?

Or just I've to use windows for those?

Hi Alfred,

Linux became as the first preferred operating system for software vendors as well as for hardware vendors. All most all the enterprise applications are supported by Linux. More than that there is some added features that makes Linux over windows. Its reliability, support availability, management etc. makes it a powerful tool.

Linux has proven itself for using in enterprise computing. Even it runs applications faster than its counterpart. Moreover Linux system takes less time for deployment. You can get support from oracle without using their products.

These all make Linux a powerful Enterprise Operating system.
