I am trying to look for fixes for this c000021a unknown hard  error but I have been unsuccessful in doing so. I have tried multiple methods but nothing seemed to work. Please help.

To fix the root you are having, you need to do a system restore. To do that-
- Boot into safe mode with command prompt
- Go to Windows folder in c drive
- Then proceed to system32 don’t and then to restore
Run it and choose a restore point when the issue was not there. In that look for rstrui.exe
This should generally fix the error.
