Dell GX 260 Graphic Controller

Hello Techyv Experts,

I am using Dell OptiPlex GX260 in my office, recently my Dell GX 260 Graphic Controller is not functioning I am getting a blank screen. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this problem. Please guide me with a solution to overcome this problem. Thanks in Advance.

Dell GX 260 Graphic Controller

Was the Dell working ok till now? Have you installed any other software before this problem started? It appears that the drivers have been corrupted. Try updating the drivers. If additional drivers have been installed, keep only VGA drivers, uninstall all other drivers. The Dell site should provide the latest drivers for the configuration.

Dell GX 260 Graphic Controller

Hello Adam,

The problem you’re facing is because of either your monitor or your motherboard.

Connect your computer with other monitor to see if the monitor is alright. If you determine that your monitor is problematic, change your monitor.

If monitor is alright, the problem is for your motherboard. Get any new motherboard and replace it with the new one.

Also, contact with any hardware engineer to determine the problem more densely.
