I am getting this wired error message again and again I think a loop is set in there. When I try to install the parallel tools I get this error almost towards the end. It gives me an options to select don’t install or install any way. I was trying to click install any way option, but this is not preceding further. I tired like couple of times, what might be the problem? I tried this from a licensed website. Help to resolve this error.

All the latest windows requires device drivers to be digitally signed to verify its publishers. It'll help OS to perform secure and stable operations relevant to that particular drivers. However, you could bypass this authentication system which isn't recommended though and install almost any drivers you want without seeing this error message.
Just perform the two commands mentioned below to disable digital driver signing in Windows:
1. Open elevated command prompt. Right click on Command prompt screen and choose to run as administrator. See the below image for more detail:

2. Type 'run' and hit 'enter'
3. On the black screen, type the two commands mentioned below (hit enter after typing each one):

bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
-
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON
4. Once completed, type exit and restart your computer.
Once again, try to install whatever driver you want and this time you might not seeing that annoying error message.
