Windows cannot start the HP Connection Manager

Hello,
Windows could not start the HP Connection Manager 4 Service on Local Computer whenever I try to make this, an error message occurred. The whole process terminates unexpectedly. How can I resolve this following issue? Can I fix this annoying issue? Please help me properly. Thanks in advance.
