Windows 8.1 Web store error?

Hey guys,

I want to know what is the problem in my Windows 8.1 web store app that it won't open and if opens at all once in a while it hangs on making me to close the app. Anybody else have the same problem? please answer e what to do now to get back this app working as I want to install some useful apps that are compatible for Windows 8.1.

Hello Doug,

Follow these steps to try solve the problem.

Solution 1. Reset the store cache, follow these step given below

(a) Use Windows key+R (b) Type wsreset.exe and press enter.

Solution 2. Change the screen resolution.

(a) Go to Windows Command Prompt (cmd.exe).

(b) Type desk.cpl (c) Change screen resolution to 1366×768.

Either or both the solutions should help you solve the problem.
