How to change PNG files to JPG in adobe photoshop?

Hi everyone,

I want to know how to change PNG image files to JPEG. Im not an expert in using Adobe Photoshop and not even with these file extensions but I want to know that this task can be done in Adobe Photoshop itself or I need to edit images in Adobe Photoshop than use a different app or software to change their extensions? Please let me know.

How to change PNG files to JPG in adobe photoshop?

Hello Robert,

You can perform this task in Adobe Photoshop itself. Please follow the following steps:

(a) In the File Menu, choose save as.

(b) In the format field Choose the kind of file format, you want your image to be saved, in your case JPEG extension.

(c) After choosing the appropriate file name and file location, click on save button.

For changing between formats, no other apps or programs are required. All the operations can be performed in Adobe Photoshop itself.
