Why avatar episodes go offline?

hi

When I put my avatar episodes into timeline it just shows the audio as they are all offline and I cannot trim them though I like to make AMVs. Why these avatar episodes are offline?

Why avatar episodes go offline?

Are you trying to stream the avatar videos live from the internet? If that is so, then the problem could be as a result of slow internet connections. The videos need higher bandwidth to load compared to the audio, and that is why the timeline shows the audio files only. You will therefore need to troubleshoot the status on your internet connection. Check the proxy settings in your browser and make sure that they have been configured properly.

You can also try restarting the router to refresh the network settings, and thereafter, try streaming the episodes of avatar and see if they will work fine this time round.
