Happy to support you!

This is a common issue in many instances, which may also result in slow responsiveness, freezing & crashing the devices.

Few strategies to try,

  • Restarting the device (since a refreshing reboot has the capability to fix certain system issues)
  • Following the system updates regularly
  • Identifying & removing the applications with issues (which can be detected by switching to the safe mode)
  • Deleting cache & other temporary files from the memory

If all the attempts prove useless, it is advisable to reset the default factory settings so that the device is freed from any processes related to the issue.

That’s very odd. It is not normal for a Smartphone to automatically restart for no reason. Normally, a handset can only restart when the user does it on the device. It will not restart on its own without any human intervention. If you are using an iPhone, you should update your handset’s firmware. Go to your computer then update iTunes.

Visit Download iTunes Latest to get the latest iTunes. For Windows, this is the 32-bit installer and cannot be used if you have 64-bit Microsoft Windows. For users with 64-bit Microsoft Windows, visit Download iTunes 64-bit. The 32-bit installer works on Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 while in the 64-bit, Windows XP is not supported.

Once downloaded, uninstall your existing iTunes. Click Start, Control Panel, and then Add or Remove Programs. Select iTunes from the list then click Uninstall or Remove to uninstall. After that, open Windows Explorer then navigate to the download folder. Double-click the iTunes installer you downloaded to install the latest iTunes. Once installed, connect your phone to your computer via the USB cable and then start iTunes.

Now, check your phone for any update using iTunes. When an update is available for your device, download it and then install it. It should fix the issue on your device. For Android and Windows phone devices, do the same thing. Update your phone’s software to fix the problem.
