What photo editing software that has photo opacity tool? Â I know there are many photo editing software all over the internet that is free for download but I want to consult to you first which is the best one so that I will get a high quality editing experience.

Adobe Photoshop uses best opacity tool. It can be found just above the layers palette. To use this tool you can double click it and change the numbers you want that best fit for your image. You can also use arrow key next to the number. There are many other software that uses the opacity tool. But I personally found It is good and easy to use

Out of hundreds of photo editing software Photoshop element 9 has this feature with some extra features and characteristics so first of all you may learn how to change opacity settings with this suggestion. You can notice at the top of the Photoshop element 9 is the Opacity field (see the photo below). This field allows you to lower the opacity of your photos.
You can use this like any adjustable field by double-clicking on it and typing the number of opacity you want to set or change. You may have to click on this field and can set the opacity to any extent from 0 to 100 whichever you want and as per your requirements.
