Hello Nick,

Your internet connection might be too slow or might have some regular disconnection problem. You may try downloading the file with the help of a download manager. A download manager is a software that helps you in downloading file depending upon the way you instruct it to do.

The download managers  support resume of download which not only saves your precious bandwidth of internet connection but helps you in a hassle free download and saves your time too. You can even set the speed priority to download your file so that if you want to use the internet while the download is running, you wont get any issues related to the connection speed.

For this work, i would recommend free download manager which is a very good download manager with resume support flash video support in a single installation.
The best Free available Option for you is available for download on the following link:

First make sure the file you are trying to download is available and healthy. Try downloading from another computer which has a good bandwidth. If the file got downloaded without any issue then we can think the problem is in your side. You need to accelerate your download speed. You can try increasing your internet connection bandwidth or if it is not possible for you to do that at the moment try to use a Download accelerator.

Download Accelerator Plus (DAP) is free and very good software, You can download it from the following link. What it does is it breaks the file into several parts and downloads them individually. After the download is completed those parts are integrated back as the original file.
