My sister is using logmein voice software for her remote connection session with her husband. She's complaining about the voice capability of the software. It seems that they can't hear each other while having the remote session. What might have gone wrong?

>>Check if the computer is having good internet connectivity.
>>Make sure the sound drivers are installed properly.
>>Make sure the Microphone jack is properly inserted to the back of the CPU.
>>Make sure the Microphone volume is not muted.
>>Open LogMeIn settings and preferences and make sure microphone settings are configured.
Just in case the above steps do not help fix the issue, try reinstalling the application and it will fix the issue.
