I want an update in my mobile phone using the computer but I see this error message when I start the update. Why do I see this error message? I don’t understand this error message. Someone please help me solve this error problem.Â

There are many ways to solve this problem. There may be a problem in your computer or the process in software installation. Use software for installing updates in your phone. For this use some sweet able supported software for your phone.
Your phone may also be virus corrupted. Use memory flash option to flash your phone memory and install new driver software in your phone memory.
Other option is to recover your phone’s backup software from your PC. For this run your phone’s driver software. Here use restore option from backup. You can use this option, only when you have created a backup for your software.
