Hi,

For two days I have this error when I want to open TradePost. I did some researches over the internet and it said something about firewall. I have disabled my firewall and the error didn’t disappear. Can anyone help me to solve this error ? Why I have this, is something wrong with my Windows 7 ?

Thanks !

I’m not sure if your problem is really with TradePost because the alert you posted is somewhat coming from a Mcalert.exe file which is actually a module included in the software Mail.com Alert. If you have sign up for a personal email account in Mail.com then you probably installed this software. The main function of this program is to notify you of new emails from your account.

This program starts with Windows and sits in your taskbar and will notify you when new emails arrive. But since the program is already giving you errors you should remove it from your computer. Click Start, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs. Find and select Mail.com Alert from the list and click Remove or Uninstall. Restart your computer and see if the error will appear again.

Try opening TradePost again.
