Unable to print shipping labels – Google Chrome

Hello TehyV buddies!

I am having some problem with Google Chrome version 17.0.963.57. I am using MAC OS and when I use chrome to load pay pal, I encounter an error. When I try to print the shipping labels that pay pal have generated an error suddenly shows up. The error is this:

Error message: Page is not showing up

Extension installed:

I have been encountering this error for years and I cannot believe that no solution was provided to me by Google. Instead I have used safari for printing. Can anyone out there help me solve this problem that has been aged for years? Thank you!

Hello Alex,

The error you are getting could be associated with bugs in the Google chrome browser, and therefore I will suggest that you do the following the resolve the issue:

  • First, you will need to use an alternative browser and see if will load the PayPal site without a problem.
  • If another browser works just fine, you will need to go to the Control Panel, under Programs and Features and then click on Add/Remove programs.
  • Uninstall Google chrome, and then reinstall it later.

You will have fixed the bugs in the Google chrome website and therefore it should work well after that.
