Unable to delete Chrome extension permanently.

Google Chrome is regarded as the best browser by many users from around the globe but I'm having a very big problem with it. I'm unable to delete any extension from it. I deleted the ZenMate extension from the extensions tab and I restarted the browser. Again, I get the extension at the menu of the browser. How can I fix this extension issue?

Launch Google Chrome, on the far top right corner, click on customize and control Google chrome button (denoted by three horizontal lines). Select settings-extensions. Select the extension you want to delete and click on the remove from chrome button. (Usually its a bin button). It should successfully delete any extension you don't need.
