How to delete a facebook account?

I have a Facebook account as everyone has but I would like to permanently delete it a move to a new account. I tried to deactivate my account but I'm still able to sigh in on to my account. In short, I would like the account to disappear completely. Is there a way to delete any Facebook account once and for all?

How to delete a facebook account?

If you need to permanently delete your Facebook account you acknowledge that you will never be able to access the account again in future. This process may take up to 3 months to completely clear your account. If you wish to have your account deleted so just  click here and send a request to Facebook for them to delete it. They are the only ones will the capacity and authority to completely delete the account.
