Trouble in MS Access ODBC MySQL date format

I am using Access to MySQL database that includes a time field. The connection to ODBC is done however, Access finds the time data as a date format. We all know that MySQL and Access has different way of handling time and date. What's the best solution for this? Please help me..

Hello Jose,
 
Please be aware that certain MySQL Connector/ODBC versions doesn't convert time values correctly. It only returns Date values, no matter which way you try. Check whether you use such version.

Suggestion is that you change the Connector's version compatible with your operating system.
I believe you will find the problem be gone.
