Titanium Maximum Security 2011 3.0 can’t be installed on Windows 7 SP1

Hi Experts,

Earlier I installed Windows 7 and Titanium Maximum Security 2011 3.0, and both work well.

Now I've setup my PC again with Windows 7 operating system with Service Pack 1, then I wanted to install Titanium Maximum Security 2011 3.0, but I was not able to do so.

Instead it gave me an error message.Error message screen attached.

Installation Incomplete

A problem prevented installer from completely setting up Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security. No changes have been made to your computer.

Please close any other programs currently open before restarting the installer.

If following this advice does not solve the problem, you can also get more help online.

(Error code: #0, 3002, 0x000)

Let me help you with this problem. Do not worry about the problem. There are some possibilities due to which you are facing this error.

Option 1:
Close all programs that are associated with Trend Micro Titanium program (for example MS outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail).
Once you have closed them, try to install the Trend Micro Titanium program again. If the problem persists, move to the second option.

Option 2:
Give a proper check to your system whether there is some malicious virus or not. Sometimes these viruses does not allow the program to run.

Option 3:
You have already installed some other version of the same software. Remove it first from your system by going to Control panel > AddRemove programs and selecting the old version of the same program.
After that reinstall your software. It will install easily.
