Hello ,
I am trying to install some third party software and getting error message .
My operating system is Windows 7 home .
Why is this happen ?
Error message :
The short path of the installation path (C:PROGRA~lPhonak
GroupiPFG) contains invalid characters.

Hello Allan,
That seems to be a problem related to the setup that you are using to perform the installation. It could be corrupt. To resolve the issue, you will need to use the following workaround:

Go to the internet to the site where you download the iPFG application and then redownload it.

Save it on your computer in a location that you can easily trace.

Make sure that you have a stable connection to the internet when downloading the setup so that bugs are do not develop in it that may cause the issue.

You can reinstall the application and see if it works.
