Surface pro 3 is getting overheated i7 core with normal usage

My friend has given me a chance to explore surface 3 pro laptop as he has observed some problems related to over heating. I too tried to run many applications to see whether it is because of over load, but my observation turned out that even if I just browse internet for half an hour, the tablet gets very much hotter. It becomes difficult to hold. Why is that? What is the case when a 3D modelling software or a high graphic game is played? How to cool down and solve this problem?

Solution 1: Processes like ‘Windows Installer Module’ and ‘Windows Installer Module Worker’ are causing heating problems. Open Task Manager and try to stop those processes. Restart the system and check the degraee of heating.

Solution 2: Check for the Microsoft updates. Open your browser -> go to Settings -> click on ‘Change PC Settings’ -> ‘Update and recovery’ -> ‘Check now’. If there is any update available for windows, then download and install the updates. Restart the system and check the degree heating.
