I want to set up a wireless home network without internet at my office using two computers, a wireless printer and a wireless router joined in a domain. Is this possible?

Yes, you can achieve this. It is the same setup that you’d do with the internet. The only thing that differs is that you should not plug in the cable into WAN port of the router. Please understand that local network and the internet are two different things.
First, enable DHCP on your router and configure the wireless network. Everything will function properly.
You need to unplug WAN cableif your network is already configured with the internet.
