Our users are having problems with OfiPro (https://www.ofipro.com). During our program, we get this error right when we use the forum.

There are few things that you have to take a look into
1. Check the license of the software that you are using.
2. There is a chance that the license has been expired or you have not entered the correct activation code or serial number.
3. You must have to see if the users that are using the officepro has the proper account to access it.
1. Also check the office version installed on your clients computers.
2. There is a possibility that the version that you are using is more advanced and uses more scripts than the old one and then it causes the problem to the old one
3. Once you are done with these, please see the license status that will tell you the status of the office pro software.
