Script for answering phone calls

A script is a ‘service guide’ for answering phone calls. Sometimes it was (could be) written in a piece of paper placed or posted in a user’s workplace (mostly near the telephone) so he or she won’t forget the right script of answering phone calls.

Examples:

Thank you for calling (Company/Service Name).

Hello! This is (Name) from (Company Name) How can I help you?
