Running Outlook on 3 different computers

My Outlook account could not receive any emails through Exchange Server 2003. I have tried to set up Exchange on three distinct computers but it keeps on hanging on a certain percentage. As of now, it stuck at 57%; however, it hangs on certain percentage each time. Obviously it’s not a matter of perspective. Is there any issue running Outlook 2003 and 2007 on three distinct computers? Is it the issue that is causing problem with my mailbox? Any ideas on how should I solve this problem?

In case you want to share the mails between the 3 computers then you will need to check the box that says "leave copy of the message on the server" which is in the outlook options. Once you have done that, you will be able to download a copy of the mail to all the three machines. You can go back to the outlook options and there you will see an option that will allow  you to delete the messages from the server after a number of days have lapsed so that the messages will not take up space on the server.

You can use https://generalassemb.ly/blog/cross-device-calendar-apps/ in case you need to keep the Calendar details and Contact details too synched between the 3 computers by using outlook.
