Hello,

There are two possible issues that might be causing the error.

First is incorrect path. Open the path written in the error log via your explorer and check if everything's fine there. If not, you will have to recreate the folder manually.

Another possible issue is that your path is exceeding 260 characters. Rename the folder Autodesk_Revit_Architecture_2013_English_Win_32bit-64bit to something short and it should work.

Hi Stacy,

If this is installing a newer version of Revit Architecture, the previous version of the program may have DLLs that is conflicting with the installation of the newer software. What you can do is to remove all the program files pertaining to the previous version this is after removing the previous software, if this has a file that is important then you can copy it somewhere else so you can successfully do a clean install. If this does not work for your current computer setting, you can try to install the program on a different drive, you can choose the advance option in the installation and choose the drive letter where you would want he software to be installed.
