While searching over the internet for the best text editor software, I got a suggestion for Microsoft word starter in one of the forums, and I am pretty much confused right now. So can anyone tell me what Microsoft Word starter is and how to use it?

Microsoft Word editor is a text editor or a text processing software which you can call as a mini version of Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word starter is a part of Microsoft office starter. Mostly it comes preloaded with the OS.
