Basically IT technicians set up the software and hardware of a computer and troubleshoot it. They are uninstalled softwares from the computer and repair technical problems. They also plan, design, implement and administrate user networks for firms.
 
An efficient IT technician should have extraordinary troubleshooting skills. Moreover, he  must develop interpersonal skills, enough patience and ability to manage numerous projects at a time.  They are expected to communicate efficiently with clients to understand complaints fast and deliver required solutions in a comfortable manner.
 
The IT technicians offer client service through telephone, email and by contact. The job is to ensure all hardware and software function correctly, assembling hardware and installing or deleting software. He troubleshoots computer hardware, ensures it perform properly, and recovers lost or unintentionally deleted data.

The Information Technician is responsible in hardware and software maintenance. These services will ensure that all hardware and software is working properly.

An IT technicians also install and repair telecommunications equipment including telephone and Internet devices at customers' homes or businesses. He/she must possess a good communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with clients to quickly understand the complaints and explanations.  

IT Technicians must be aware of new technologies and solutions. When there is a technical problem, the IT technician is the one who is responsible for determining and fixing the problem. Providing these services will ensure devices are working properly and correctly.
