I have a very old Yahoo account which I created during my college days but I haven’t encountered this error even once. Like “Temporary error 8,” receiving “Temporary error 14” is just like a glitch in their system. When you receive “Temporary error 14,” you don’t need to do anything since it’s only temporary. The error fixes itself after a few hours.
But if you want to fix it right away, here’s what you should do. Log out of your Yahoo account on all devices including the desktop computer. Once you are out of your Yahoo account, clear your browser’s cache. Press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL to bring up the browser’s clear cache dialog. Empty the browsing history and cache. After this, restart your browser.
Once your browser is up again, log in back to your Yahoo account.
