Hi,

If the outlook social connector is not installed during the first installation, you get this error. Follow these steps to resolve the problem with provider connector settings. Since Microsoft Office 2007 does not contain this feature so first go to Microsoft website and download Microsoft Outlook social connector.

* Ms Outlook 2010 user can do this by following steps.

* Go to control panel and click Programs and Features.

* Select Microsoft Office 2010 and click Change.

* Go to Add or Remove Features and click Continue.

* Go to Microsoft Outlook, click Outlook Add-ins, and select Outlook Social Connector.

* Select Run from My Computer and then click continue.

* Complete the process and restart outlook.
