Hello friends,

I am trying to install face filter studio v2 for the last two days now and I keep on getting an error. The screenshot of the error is as follows:

Component transfer error

Component:                                Expression

File Group:                                   FFS20_Neutral_Expression
File:                                             C\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Reallusion\
Error:                                           Access is denied.
                                                OK

Can anyone please explain the reason for this error? I am stuck and I want to get rid of this error as soon as possible.

Hallo Ruby,

From the error message you have posted above there are several possible reasons as to why you are getting that error and they are:

  • You may be having security credentials on your computer that are denying the application to be installed successfully. One thing you will need to check is that you have logged on as the administrator of the computer for the installation to be successful.
  • You also need to check the application and make sure that it does not have any security restrictions that may be hindering it to install successfully. Some applications are usually password protected and therefore to install you will need to have that password.
