When I was using PowerPoint 2010 on my Windows XP Laptop the image went black and the following message appeared on my desktop. After that every time I tried to open that application the same message appears. Why is this happening and how can I prevent this from happening again?

Hi Fred, this kind of error happens when one of the components of your power point application has been corrupted. Kindly back track what activities has happened to your laptop prior to this error. However, the best resolution is to reinstall your ms office application. You may also want to update your antivirus just in case.
