I have a planet adsl 2/+2 router use to access internet. I cannot access internet several times a day and when i checked router adsl settings have reset to default. why is this happens?
Well Juvelyn Alemana, I was facing a similar problems a couple of months back as well. This problem is not at all due to any hardware malfunction. Infact it is due to an older version of ROM of the router. You just need to download the latest ROM settings for the router. If you share the exact name and model of your router, i will be able to give you the exact download links of the latest rom. You will then just update the ROM and your problem will be solved. Till the time, you can try doing a hard reset of your DSL router too. Getting it back to default factory settings once by urself and then configuring it from scratch can solve the problem too. If it doesn't, get back with the exact model and will post specific solution for you.
