My employees are using web 2.0 technologies for different communications as because it is so easy to use. But I know that they are revealing some important news and secret policies to outsiders which may be harmful for the company.

I just want them to use it securely.

Emil, to be free from the infiltration risk you should know the possible threats and the scope of the threat. Issues like this you can go to professional computer security firms. Some safety precautions are encryption to secure the information as it travels over phone lines or network cables.

Firewalls to protect connections from public access to the network. Another is to reduce the modem risks you should have also electronic surveillance,electronic media disposal and also the personnel that they must be careful and informed the limitations of their work in order to avoid the infiltration.
