Phone numbers getting blocked automatically in my iPhone 5C

Hi all,

I have bought iPhone 5C and it is working just fine.

But, somehow from this week it started blocking the numbers either from my contact list or from receiving calls. I tried several ways to avoid that by restoring it and by resetting the settings several times but no use. Actually, we are in a different country so I can't even contact AT&T customer care here.

What could be the issue with my phone? Is there any setting that is causing this issue? Can somebody help me out here, please? Thanks and Regards!

Hi Jamie, you mentioned you are abroad, chances are this might be caused by the service provider overseas. Countries use different mobile phone services. Sometimes, you may or may not receive or make calls while you’re abroad. Another factor to consider is that if you don’t have an international roaming plan with your local service provider, the call will never reach you when you’re overseas.
