Hi Experts,

Have a look at the error message below. What does it mean?

I tried several times to check for update software of iTunes but failed to get this error message. I think there is no problem with my network connection and settings.

How can I get a remedy of this issue?

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again latter.

Hi Greg,

I will certainly help you. From above screenshot, it is clear that, you do not have access to Internet connection. First connect your PC to Internet and then open iTunes and try to sync and update your iPhone. One reason could be that the IPhone server may be busy at that moment. If you have active Internet connection, then try again later.

Hi Greg Lewis,

You will be needing to change your Internet Options to automatically detect the settings. You may have changed your internet options from the past. To do this, go to the Control Panel. Click on the Start round button of your computer and type in the search box, "Control Panel." Then choose the Control Onel. The Control Panel window will now open. Choose Internet Options. Click on the connections tab. Below you will see a LAN settings button. Please click this button. Then check the box for Automatically detect settings. This should fix your network connections. Then you may reopen your Itunes and connect your device successfully.

Hope this solution works for you.
