Hello Everyone,

I am running 10 P4 personal computers via LAN network and they are all connected with switches and ports of CAT5 cables (RJ45). All the systems are running on Windows XP Professional SP2 and there is ESET NOD32 antivirus that is running through the network and the updates for this software are always received from the main server using WAN satellite dish. All the PCS on the network works perfectly fine for updates except the one PC that is having trouble in getting updates from the main server. The error message shows “Internal Server Error” I even tried to re-installed the antivirus again but still nothing works.  I have also tried the manual updates for that PC but that also is not working. Can somebody help me in fixing this error? Your response would be highly appreciated.

Thank you in Advance

Do you mean only one computer is unable to get response from the server?
Dial you check the LAN connectivity far this machine?
Try the following.
Open command prompt.
Type ping < server IP address >. The response should not say request timed out.
If it does say request timed out, them cither the lan connectivity is not working or the server is not configured far the client.
For configuration of the server far the client specify the operating system in the server.
The firewall might be blocking the IP, allow it. The antivirus may be blocking it, unblock it.
It you are using a browser them add the IP in the list of trusted sites.
Thanks.
