SQL mail allows SQL server for sending and receiving emails by using both SQL Mail and SQLAgentMail. It can able to connect with Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Windows NT Mail, or a Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) server. So, if you want to use SQL mail with Outlook express, absolutely you will have done it.
