Hello there,

If my assumption is correct than you are not getting anything in the screen. In that case it is the worst case for any computer user. It means your motherboard or your computers processor is totally damaged. So only thing you can do is to replace them at once.

If the BIOS is coming but it is not booting to the windows than you are lucky. Please check your RAM by replacing by any other RAM. I hope that would work. Only in these two cases computer usually shows this kind of problem.

Thank you,

 Riley Weaver.

Hi Malwina,

As everybody knows, every time the computer starts, the BIOS takes inventory of hardware by recognizing, acknowledging and in some cases assigning addresses to its components in the computer. If your computer is not booting the CPU is unable to communicate with connected hardware. The cause may be due to improper installation or failure of the BIOS to recognize connected hardware. Kindly follow the below steps.
1. Please check the installed memory module.
2. Secondly update your installed BIOS into latest version.
