When I start the application below from the command prompt,
C:UsersAdministrator.android/avd/MonoDroid.ini
I get the message "could not open". How do I solve this matter?

Why do you want to open them? There might be possibility that the MonoDroid.ini is not an executable. Because "ini" extension refers to a file that contains all the settings related to that file. These are configuration files that are used by windows to run the application properly.

If you want to open it then you can do that with the help of notepad or text editor.

Double click on it and select Open With.

In the Open With menu choose the second option Select a program from the list.

Choose notepad or any other text editor if you have.

After that you can see a list of commands that are written in that file and can edit them if you have the know how of how to do it.
