Missing Ribbon Icon (Used for Page Resizing)

Hi!  This is really baffling.  I can't seem to find the ribbon (used for maximizing and minimizing a page).  I can use the keyboard shortcuts but aside from that, the ribbon won't show in the screen.  What should I do?

Hallo Michelle_adams,

Do you mean the ribbon for minimizing a web page, or a page in application that you are working on? You could have stated exactly which application that you are using for it to be easy to find the context in which to be able to troubleshoot your problem.

But if it is a webpage, then it is possibly hiding the menu bar which happens to have that ribbon for minimizing the web page, and just moving the mouse across the screen should help you see that ribbon, and you might want to unhide the menus so that you will not have that problem again.

And if it is a document you are working on like a word document, I will advise that you just restart it because the document might just have frozen and restarting should fix that problem.
