Hello, My friend has created a LAN application. He asked me to search Cs server on LAN application, but when searching I got an error. Where can I perform it without any error?

I hope you are doing well. Please see my instructions.
Ø Plug up your eight Ethernet cords into the eight—port Ethernet switch. The other ends of the Ethernet cords plugged into your individual computer
Ø Go Start so-called control panel. Click on the “Network Connections. ( Double). Then you can see a message that an Ethernet cord was connected. Then you will see an exclamation point, because the computer cannot find a suitable network .
Ø Click on the “Network Connections. ( Double). And click on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
Ø Go Properties in the first section. Put 192.169.1.100 for the IP Address, penetrate in 255.255.255.0 for the Subnet Mask. Get out from the Gateway Then press ok. Repeat this process on each connected computer. 192.168.1.107 for the final IP address.
Ø Load counter strike. Use the best equipment to be the server. Select the level that you want to play.
Ø Start counter-strike on the computers you will get each player click on find server. Adjust your LAN so that you can see the server. After that double-click on it to join. Thank you.
